URL Typos Can Put Your PC or Mac At Risk For Malware

Accidentally typing .om for .com for certain URLs including . . .Amazon.com, NetFli.xcom, etc. also known as "typosquatting" is the latest scam for unwary Mac and PC users who aren't paying attention.

Business Insider and Endgame reported the latest scam last week.  Here is the story as reported by Consumerist.
